Video Conferencing

Video conferencing allows users to communicate ‘face to face’ online, without leaving there desks. This allows users to take part in video conferencing, which enables you to participate in live meetings with people at a different location including different countries


Advantages of video conferencing:
  • People do not need to travel, which may save money.
  • Allows students from various locations to connect and interact virtually with their teacher.
  • Collaborations between all the parties involved, such as teachers, students and doctors.


Disadvantages of Video conferencing:
  • Time zones may be different if conferencing in different parts of the world
  • Everybody involved in a conference must have expensive compatible equipment.
  • You have to employ somebody to set up and maintain equipment.
  • You have to give extra to use equipment.
