Disadvantages of Video conferencing:

• Time zones may be different if conferencing in different parts of the world

• You have to give extra to use equipment.

A podcast is a broadcast online that dericves its name from ‘Ipod’ manufactured by apple. This allows users to broadcast audio for music, lectures, announcements etc. This is used so that people online can have access to audio streams and sometimes enable user to download them.


Advantages of Podcasts:

• Allows subscribers to decide what they hear and what they watch.

• Subscribers obtain new files automatically.

Disadvantages of Podcasts:

Disadvantages of Vlogs

• Computer with Internet access is needed to upload the video on the web page.

• Takes more time to upload a video than uploading an article.

• Slow loading times of video blogs.

Blogs are articles that people upload their thoughts, opinions, news on the internet, so that users around the world online can have access to them to read them and stay informed.


Advantages of blogs

• Easy to create.

• Easy to access.

• slang language can be used.

• Can be accessed around the world.

• Has different layouts templates which can be beneficial for people for eye sight problems.

Disadvantages of blogs

• Negative comments.

• people putting false information about people on blogs.

• People may put links on blogs that lead to dangerous sites with viruses on there.

• People may use blogs to frame people or use it for illegal purposes.
